🎨 For This Special Event
- Pottery painting is optional and is not included in the $20 Plant Bingo ticket.
- Guests who choose to paint will select and purchase their pottery piece separately from My Poterie.
- The price of each pottery piece includes paints, glazing, and kiln firing.
- Finished pottery stays with My Poterie for glazing and firing, and the studio will contact you when your piece is ready for pickup.

- Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to check in and get settled before the fun begins.
- A ticket or registration is required to attend unless the event page says otherwise.
- Food, drinks, pottery, and other venue purchases are separate unless specifically listed as included with your ticket.
- We may take photos and short videos during the event for Green Gathering Club’s website and social media.
- Prefer not to be on camera? Just let us know when you check in — we’ll be happy to respect that.

Ticket & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a voucher toward a future Green Gathering Club event. Tickets may also be transferred to another guest.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or voucher. If Green Gathering Club cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
